Do you sell Delegate Lists to third parties?

No, please be aware that unauthorised companies are contacting exhibitors and attendees with offers to purchase attendee lists for IDLS2026. These offers are fraudulent - these companies are not affiliated with our organisation in any way. We do not sell attendee lists, and any such solicitation is a scam. Please ignore these emails and do not engage or share any personal or financial information.

REGISTRATION AND TICKETS

When will IDLS2026 take place?

IDLS2026 will take place Tuesday 27 October to Thursday 29 October 2026. The IDLSoc Training Day will take place Monday 26 October 2026.

Any 101 Courses and Masterclasses will take place Thursday 22, Friday 23 & Monday 26 October 2026.

Any Two Day Training Courses will take place Thursday 22 & Friday 23 October 2026.

Where will IDLS2026 take place?

IDLS2026 will be held at the International Congress Center in Dresden, Germany.

How do I register for IDLS2026?

Registration takes place on the event website: www.idls2026.org.

When can I register?

Registration will open Spring 2026.

Do I need to be a member of the International Data Links Society to attend IDLS2026?

Yes. If you are not yet a member or need to renew your membership, you will be able to do so at the same time as booking to attend IDLS. Alternatively, you can apply for IDLSoc Membership or renew at www.idlsocweb.org.

Which ticket types are available?

Delegates can purchase a Standard Government or Industry ticket to gain access to the whole event. One Day Government and Industry tickets will also be available for purchase.

Do I need to bring ID?

Yes, please bring the identification document that you used to register for the event. All identification needs to be government-issued and in date. For example, Passport, Driving Licence, National ID Cards, Military or Government Agency ID.

What is included in the ticket price?

Industry and Government tickets give you access to all keynotes, demonstrations, sessions, exhibition showcase, panel sessions, and the social event. The ticket price covers food and drinks during the conference, exhibition showcase, and social event.

Attendance for the Training Day, Two Day Course and Masterclass will incur an additional charge.

What food is provided during the conference?

All delegates are provided with morning refreshments, drinks, and snacks during the morning coffee and afternoon tea breaks, and a buffet lunch. Food is provided at the social event and exhibition showcase event.

Is accommodation included in the ticket price?

No, you must arrange your own accommodation. For more information, visit the accommodation page.

Please note, exhibitor packages include hotel accommodation. If you have booked as part of an exhibitor package, please book your accommodation with the events team.

When will I receive my delegate badge?

Delegate badges will be ready to collect from the registration desk during the event. Badges can also be collected at the pre-registration event on Monday 26 October 2026.

What is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Dresden International Airport. More travel information can be found on the Visas & Travel page.

How do I get to the International Congress Center?

The venue is directly attached to the Maritim Hotel and can be reached on foot, by bus and car. More information is available on the Visas & Travel page.

Is there onsite parking at the venue?

Parking is available onsite. There are 390 parking spaces within the underground car park. There are also 18 charging stations for electric vehicles.

Is there a prayer room?

Yes, a prayer room will be available during the event.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the International Congress Center.
